 The Chinese medicine if a form of traditiona natural treatment. It comes from different principles than the western medicine-this is holistic medicine which works with not only physical symptoms but also with a patien’s soul and it’s connections with the nature and the universe. In case you can’t make it to your appointment for treatmen, therapy, acupuncture and additional check-up, please let us know beforehand by sms or email or call directly the therapist and set up an alternative appointment. In case you can’t reach our therapist please send sms or email. ( Ususally we can’t answer the phone due to running therapies, weekends and after 6p.m. )

In case you cancel or change an appointment 2 working days before the appointment-we will charge 50% of the price of the therapy-according to the price list. In case you cancel or change an appointment in less then 24 hours before the appointment we charge the full price of the therapy according to the price list. We were obliged to set these rules because of previous circumstances but we believe it is understandable.
